四、校史沿革

4. School History

因應林口鄉新市鎮開發工程引進大量人口,為舒緩林口地區國中學生爆增現象,使得本校籌設勢在必行。本校初期由林口國中校長兼代籌備主任,於民國79年5月 15日咸同校長任內取得校地。90年4月12日,黃校長文煜任內完成校名核定。94年5月11日,許校長靜雄任內完成本校新建校舍需求初步規劃。

In response to the inflow of mass population due to the development project of new Linkou township and alleviate junior high school student overpopulation of the Linkou area, establishment of our school is in dire need. During the early period of the school, Principal of Linkou Junior High School has also served as the Director for Planning and Principal

Hsien-Tong has acquired campus ground within period of duty on May 15th of 1990. On April 12th of 2001, Principal Wen-Yu Huang has completed school name ratification. On May 11th of 2005, initial planning for new campus premise was completed by Principal Jing-Hsiung Hsu.

臺北縣政府於97年8月1日遴選李校長佩寧擔任佳林國中首任校長,97年10月2日通過佳林國中新建校舍需求核定,97年11月28日經過公開評選程序由徐維志先生擔任本校校舍規劃建築師,積極籌辦設校校園規劃各項事宜。

On August 1st 2008, Principal Pei-Ning Lee was selected by the Taipei County Government as the first principal of Taipei County Jia-Lin Junior High School. On October 2nd of 2008, ratification on demands for adding new campus premise to Taipei County Jia-Lin Junior High School was approved and after open appraisal on November 28th of 2008, Mr. Wei-Jyh Hsu was chosen as the architect for campus premise planning and various affairs related to campus planning.

陸續於98年2月11日,完成測量(含鑑界)工程。98年3月11日,完成鑽探工程。98年5月21日,整體規劃核定通過。98年6月24日,完成國有地(555m²)撥用。

Since February 11th 2009, series of measurements (including inspection) was completed. Drilling was completed on November 3rd, 2009. On May 21st 2009, site planning has passed inspection. On June 24th 2009, use of State-owned land (555m²) was completed.

佳林國中設校首年與佳林國小、龍埔國小、新市國小等三所新設校洽借大觀國中合署辦公,吸收眾人智慧,規劃校舍。後為深入了解林口文化,於98年8月1日遷 回崇林國中辦公。98年9月11日,基本設計核定通過。98年9月23日,完成私有地(6m²)價購。98年12月取得建築執照並完成工程決標。99年佳 林國中全面進入工程學習年,預定100年5月竣工,8月順利招生。

In its first year, the Taipei County Jia-Lin Junior High School has joined with the newly-established Jia-Lin Elementary School, Long-Pu Elementary School, and Sinshih Elementary School in borrowing spaces from Da-Guan Junior High School for processing school-related affairs as well as to gain more understanding and insights to planning and building campus premise. In attempt to further understand Linkou culture, Taipei County Jia-Lin Junior High School has moved its office to Taipei County Chung-Lin Junior High School on August 1st, 2009. On September 11th 2009, basic designs has passed inspection and on September 23rd 2009, purchase of private-owned lands (6m²) was completed. Building permit was acquired in December of 2009 with completion in final bidding for construction. In 2010, Taipei County Jia-Lin Junior High School will fully engage in construction

learning year with expected construction completion in May of 2011 and successful student recruitment in August of the same year.

貳、校舍簡介

2. About Our School Premise

一、工程內容:

1. Contents of Construction:

(一)地下一層、地上四層教學大樓共5棟。(40間普通教室、24間專科教室含圖書資源中心及多功能教學空間一座、14間行政空間)、200公尺運動場1座。筏式基礎鋼筋混凝土構造。

基地面積35000帄方公尺,建築面積7086.36帄方公尺,總樓地板面積24930.49帄方公尺。

(1) Five teaching buildings, with one underground floor and four above ground floors. (forty general classrooms, twenty-four classrooms for various academic subjects including one library resource center and multi-function teaching space, fourteen administrative space), one 200m sport arena. Building constructed with RC mat foundation.

Site area 35,000 sq.m., building coverage area 7,086.36sq.m., total floor area 24,930.49sq.m.

3. Architectural Feature (一)規劃特色 (1) Campus Planning Feature

1.低碳校園

本校設校以低碳學校為目標,並以永續校園作為規劃構想,本校規劃設計均

朝向符合綠建築九大指標。校舍座向方位採南北向,綠屋頂設計及垂直綠籬

亦為校園景觀特色之一。

1. Low-Carbon Campus

Our school will aim to establish a low-carbon campus and incorporate concepts of sustainable campus into planning with campus design and planning matching 9 major indicators of green building. Direction of campus front and rear will point towards the direction of North and South, green rooftop and vertical green fence will also serve as one of campus landscape feature.

2.地區特色

融入林口地區特色,規劃年輪長廊及茶樹綠籬,納入課程教學編排,創造具

有地方人文特色之校園教學環境。

2. District Feature

Integrate unique features of the Linkou area, plan growth ring arcade

and tea tree fence, incorporate lesson and teaching planning and create a campus teaching environment with rich local humanity characteristic.

3.親和性圍籬

以親和性圍籬取代傳統圍牆設計並退縮圍籬1米,同時留設家長接送迴車

彎,留給當地民眾親切的都市空間,打破傳統校園邊界意像,融合景觀藝術

提供親切的都市開放空間。

3. Approachable Fencing

Replace traditional exterior wall with approachable fencing and 1m setback while simultaneously preserving space for student pick-up u-turns; provide local residents with friendly urban space to break the rigid image of traditional campus barrier by merging the art of landscape for a friendly and open urban space.

4.鄉土意象

保留校園舊井與紅磚,原有校樹作保留移植,營造樂活校園。

4. Homeland Image

Preserve existing well and red bricks, allocate existing campus trees to establish a LOHAS campus.

5.社區參與

積極投入社區參與,將教學空間與社區參與動線(含圖書館、停車場及運動

空間之開放與管理)融合科技與管理概念,提供社區民眾藝文、休閒及運動

的休閒空間,也方便學校的管理。

5. Communal Participation

Promote active communal participation, combine teaching space and communal participation streamline (including access and management to library, parking lot and space for activities and sports) with concepts in technology and management, provide community residents with leisure space for arts, recreation and sports as well as to convenient management by the school.

6.友善校園

提倡友善校園空間,規劃行動不便電梯與停車位,階梯教室留設行動不便座

位區,校園以緩坡取代階梯,營造友善的「零障礙」校園空間。

6. Friendly Campus

Promote friendly campus space, provide elevator and parking space for the disabled, leave space for the disabled in the classroom with stairs, substitute stairs with slow-rising slops to establish a friendly and “barrier-free” campus space.

7.創意校園

學校建築本身就是學習最好的場所,融入幾何數學窗櫺、方位地坪設計、星

座天花設計、無邊際水池、潔淨能源規劃使用等構思,提供一個兼具教育與

創意的新校園空間。

7. Creative Campus

7.Campus building is essentially the best place for learning. The combination of geometric mathematical window lattice, orientation pattern design, astrological ceiling design, non-edge water pool and clean energy planning will provide a brand new campus space both educational and creative. (二)立面設計構想

本案希望藉由紅磚結合土窯意象廊道,表現地方特色,校舍區以灰白色

丁掛磚做為搭配,希望呈現穩重大器的建築意象並與磚紅色的土窯意象廊道

做為對比呼應。 (2) Ideas for Façade Design

This project will attempt to combine red bricks with kiln image arcade to display local characteristics. Whitish-grey ceramic wall tile will complement campus buildings in hope to present a dignified and majestic architectural image in addition to serve as an echo to the brick red kiln image arcade. (三)使用分區構想

1.融入環境的教學區

保留基地上的原有樹木,並加入具特色意義之景觀植栽,將綠化的景觀與新

建校舍結合成一體,提供安靜的的教學區。 (3) Ideas for Zoning

1. Ecological Teaching Zone

Existing trees of the site are preserved in addition to introducing plants with special meanings, combine the newly-build campus buildings and green landscape into one to provide a quiet teaching zone.

2.效率的行政區

將行政區配置在校園動線主軸旁,且居全校入口樞紐位置, 服務性佳,管

理方便,動線便捷。

2. Efficient Administrative Area

Administrative area will be allocated beside main campus circulation and at campus entrance hub with good service, easy management and convenient circulation.

3.方便的活動區

活動區生活化與校門廣場生態化結合,位於校園入口處,容易讓學生及社區

居民使用且易於管理的區域。

3. Accessible Zone for Activity

Combination of life-oriented activity space with eco-efficient school square located at school entrance for easy access by students and community residents in addition to easy management.

4.景觀的緩衝區

以動靜分區緩衝的戶外空間、景觀中庭及服務動線;並將上 述空間配置在

動線旁側的中介空間,同時兼具方便性及功能性。

4. Scenery Buffer

Dynamic and static buffer will be applied to divide outdoor space, atrium scenery and service route in addition to allocating the aforementioned space to intermediary space beside main circulation for convenience and function.

5.多元的教學區

包含多項多功能戶外空間,如:教學廣場、學習走廊、文化走廊、藝術走廊、

表演劇場及各種教材園。

5. Multi-Purpose Teaching Area

Including various multi-function outdoor spaces such as: Teaching Square, Learning Corridor, Culture Corridor, Art Corridor, Performance Theater and areas for diverse teaching materials.
